Yes, In WooCommerce Marketplace the seller can assign a different stock quantity to different variations of a variable product. The seller has to select the variations for which he wants to assign a stock quantity and then update the variation to apply changes. Similarly, the seller can assign stock quantity by selecting different variations of the product.
