    In this knowledgebase, we will explain the support pricing model for the Webkul products.

    Case 1. (The product priced at standard price) :

    Purchase extended support while making the purchase of the product :

    6 months support – 40% of product price.

    12 months support – 50% of product price.

    ———————–

    While extending the support once the support expired for the product :

    6 months support – 50% of product price.

    12 months support – 80% of product price.

     

    Let’s understand the same with an Example:

    If a product is of 100 USD

     

    At the time of Purchase

    For 6 months of support, the price will be 40% of 100 USD i.e. 40 USD

    For 12 months of support, the price will be 50% of 100 USD i.e. 50 USD

     

    At the time of extending the support

    For 6 months of support, the price will be 50% of 100 USD i.e. 50 USD

    For 12 months of support, the price will be 80% of 100 USD i.e. 80 USD

     

     

    Case 2. (The product priced at a discounted price) :

    Purchase extended support while making the purchase of the product :

    6 months support – 40% of discounted product price.

    12 months support – 50% of discounted product price.

    ———————–

    While extending the support once the support expired for the product :

    6 months support – 50% of standard product price.

    12 months support – 80% of standard product price.

     

    Let’s understand the same with an Example:

    If a product is 100 USD and discounted by 20%, then the discounted price is 80 USD

     

    At the time of Purchase

    For 6 months of support, the price will be 40% of 80 USD i.e. 32 USD

    For 12 months of support, the price will be 50% of 80 USD i.e. 40 USD

     

    At the time of extending the support

    For 6 months of support, the price will be 50% of 100 USD i.e. 50 USD

    For 12 months of support, the price will be 80% of 100 USD i.e. 80 USD
