  • Which RMA reasons the customer can select while requesting the return?


    In the Opencart Marketplace RMA system, the customers have to choose a reason for the return request from the drop-down selections. The drop-down list will display the reasons as per the respective sellers for whom the customers create the RMA.

    Suppose the customer is requesting a return for product A which belongs to seller A. Then the drop-down list will display only those reasons which will be created by seller A.
