  • How to manage returns and refunds in Magento 2 POS?


     It is quite easy for the cashier to manage the POS returns and refunds using Magento 2 Point Of Sale System

    The cashier can choose an order and select the products for which the customer has placed a refund request. The cashier simply chooses an order and click on the ‘Return’ tab to process a return for product/ products.

    A cashier generates a cash memo for the customer’s refund request. It displays the current status of the order as “Refunded”. 

    Note: The cashier can process the customer’s refund requests in the online mode only.
