Whenever you pay for a project or customization, the tasks are managed on our PMS (Project Management System). In this article, we will let you know how you as a customer can manage the project/tasks from their end.
You can also see our video tutorial to know how you can access our PMS and manage your project.
For the first project, our team provides access to the portal for which you receive an email like this.
In this email, you can see the user name, portal access URL and the set password URL. The first thing you need to do is, click on the set password URL and create a new password.
After login, you can see the Account page. From, here you can navigate to your project( https://erp.webkul.com/my/projects ) by selecting the project option as visible below image:
Now, you will be redirected to the project dashboard where you can see all your projects like this.
After clicking on the project, you can see the tasks/UserStories like this.
After clicking on the task, you can check the task details. Like status, description, messages from developers, and the number of issues for that task.
You can also see the comments of the developer for the updates below the description of the task. Also, you can comment on the task by clicking on the new message.
If you want to report an issue on the task then click on the ‘Raise an issue’ tab on the task.
Now, you can enter the issue title and description of the issue and save it.
After, that you can see the number of open issues in the issue tab like this.
After clicking on the issue tab, you can see the list of open issues.
From here, you can click on an issue and see the details in the same way as you do for a task.
