Yes, in Magento 2 marketplace sellers can customize their Profile page URL, Collection page URL, Review Page URL, and Location page URL by going to Seller Profile under Marketplace Dashboard.
There is another feature that shortens the seller URL. Admin can enable this feature from admin panel by going to System > Configuration >Webkul > Marketplace > Seller Profile Page Settings.
From here admin can enable or disable the “Allow to automatic create seller public URL on seller registration”.
