If you want to show only selected payment methods for a product, you need to install Opencart Marketplace Payment Restriction By Product module. The vendor and the admin can edit a product and select the ‘Allowed Payment Methods’ for that product.
Now, during the checkout process, a customer will only see those payment options which are configured for that product only.
