Using the Magento 2 Marketplace Custom Attribute extension, the admin can create the custom attributes from the admin back-end panel.

Then assign the attributes to a selected attribute set.

Now, the admin can select the create the custom attributes which they want to provide to the sellers while the seller is adding new products.

After is on the product creation page the seller can see the custom attributes which were enable by the admin.

Now, on the product page under the More Information tab, the customers will find additional information regarding the product.
