Yes, the opencart marketplace module supports all the LTR and RTL language including Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese and Japanese. If you want to change the language of module then you can change the module keywords, for this you need to copy all the language files from English language directory and paste all of them in required language directory in the same structure as it was in English language.
