What purpose is your business, product, the organization is Solving?

Well to make sure and show your Customers that you are “the specialist”. If a customer is searching for baby shoes and they are on my site, they must order. If they don’t order then it is my mistake. To show that I’m a specialist is to have a good product line in several price ranges and unique items.

Who is your role model for your business, product, or organization and how did you get inspired?

Other large and famous Kids fashion brands and I get inspired on the present to the audience with social media.

What were the challenges you faced while setting up your business?

Finding ways to make the difference between the Competitors, in the first year in price, later on, high customer service and searching for new leather trends and then raise up the prices.

Any advice to the users who are running a similar business like yours?

Yes, work and think every day, then one day you get something back on a regular base which gives you more energy, it is addictive. In the start, you have to wait longer to receive that.

How did this Business Idea click in your mind?

I always wanted to start an online business and in the journey, you have Kids by yourself, I saw this product not much, and I was convinced that I could fill up that space.

How is Webkul helping you in setting up your Online store?

Webkul delivered again(also 3 years ago) a 1000% good job, always there for any small problem and every time they solved everything. They can fix anything.

What do you do for the Business Promotion(Online and Offline)

Online not very much promotion, 1 social media message per month/2 months, no paid advertising and offline make sure your package to the customer looks a party to open it. We must have it on real live customers which are telling our story to others.

How you manage your team, also what is the team size?

We are with 4 in total, my wife is doing the socials and I have two employees which are working part-time on orders with their shipments.
