Lucia Tudose is a Senior OSS Specialist who works at Nokia. She was looking for a multi-vendor marketplace extension for Magento 2 Community Edition platform. Before purchasing the modules, she had a couple of pre-sale inquiries about the Docker installation compatibility with Multi-Vendor Marketplace module and REST API. As she wanted to implement REST API for Magento 2 with Webkul Marketplace, we suggested her to purchase our existing module Marketplace Web Services API for this purpose.

Customization

Additionally, she wanted to have some more features in the Marketplace Web Services API module, so we had to do some customization work as well. We assigned a dedicated developer for finishing the work on priority as she requested.

Once the work was finished, Lucia wanted to install the modules on her localhost environment and then move on to the online server. In the beginning, she faced few small issues related to installation and admin configuration settings, nevertheless, it was quickly resolved by our support team.

Updates

During that period, Magento 2.2.0 version was released so we had to make sure it was compatible with our customization work and the modules. We always provide free updates of our modules to clients whenever a newer version of a platform is released to the public.
