Magento 2 Marketplace Promotion Campaign helps the store owner of the Magento 2 Marketplace to boost the sale and generate the revenue of their store by creating the campaign banners and listing the products on discount under it. The admin can also facilitate the sellers to join the campaign and add their products to the campaign.
Thus, not only the admin but also the sellers can boost the sale and generate the revenue.
NOTE: This module is an add-on to the Multi-Vendor Marketplace. To make use of this module, you must have first installed the Webkul’s Magento 2 Multi-Vendor Marketplace.
Workflow –
After successful installation of the module, the admin can configure the module easily. The admin can Add New Campaign, Filter the Campaign, Manage the Existing Campaign, and Add the Products under the created campaigning.
To add a new campaign, the admin can click on the Add New Campaign and then fill the required details as shown in the image below –
Here, the admin can enter the –
- Title of the campaign.
- Enter the Discount (in percentage %) that will be applied to the products added under the campaign.
- Enable or Disable the campaign.
- Select the Start and End date with the time to run the campaign.
Now, from the Promotion Banner tab, the admin can upload the Campaign Banner as shown in the image below –
Furthermore, from the Description tab, the admin can enter the description of the Campaign.
Manage/ add Products Under The Campaign –
The admin can manage and add new products under the created campaign banners. Here, the admin can approve or deny the seller’s products and also add their own products to the campaign.
To add their own products, the admin can click on the Add Product button and then select the products to add to the campaign.
Join and Manage Campaign – Seller End
Using this module, the seller can view the Promotion menu from the seller dashboard. By clicking on the promotion button, the seller can view all the campaign and join the campaign accordingly.
The seller can click on the campaign name to see the details about the campaign. Here, the seller can view the number of products under the campaign and the number of sellers who have already joined the campaign.
From the Participation Promotion tab, the sellers can view the information about the campaign as shown in the image below –
Now, back to the All Promotion tab, by clicking on the particular campaign, the seller can view the information of the campaign along with the starting and ending date of the promotion, total number of the sellers who have joined the campaign, total number of the products in the campaign, and the description of the campaign.
After joining the campaign, the seller can add their products to the campaign and also see the status of their products for the campaign i.e., if the admin has approved their products or not.
Now, from the Add New Product, the seller can add their products under the campaign as shown in the image below –
“NOTE: The seller will have to wait for the approval by the admin to list the products to the joined campaign.”
Now, from the Status tab, the seller can view the status of the products i.e. if the admin has approved the products or not for the campaign –
Customer End –
When a customer will visit the store, the customer can see the Promotion category. Now, the customer can click on the Promotion category to view the running and upcoming campaign.
Now, the customer can click on the desired campaign banner to view the campaign products as shown in the image below –
The customer can view the discounted price of the product along with the actual price. Furthermore, the customer can click on the product and then process further to complete the order with the discounted product price.
