Magento 2 B2B Wholesale Catalogue for Vendors – This module helps the admin to restrict the sellers from adding and selling their own products.

If a seller wants to sell admin products, then the seller will request the admin to approve the product based on the available attribute set, category, and the seller group belongs to the seller.

The admin creates the seller groups based on the attribute set and category and then assign the created groups to the sellers.

Furthermore, the seller can request the product assign request from the admin only for those products that belong to the default attribute set, category, and the seller group, assigned to the seller.

This module helps the admin to allow the sellers to sell admin products only. The admin can create the seller group based on the attribute set, and category and then assign these created seller groups to the sellers.

In this way, the seller can request only those products which belong to the attribute set, category, and seller groups assigned to the seller.

So, using this module, the seller can only sell the admin products. Moreover, request the admin for the products based on the default attribute set, category, and seller group that belongs to the seller.

Manage the Functionality of the Module –

The admin can easily manage the functionality of the module from the admin panel easily. The admin can decide whether seller product approval is required or not.

Moreover, the admin can enable or disable the admin products at the front-end as per the needs. The admin can also select the default configuration for the sellers as well.

The default configuration will be used for the sellers who are not assigned to any of the seller group by the admin.

Create Seller Group in B2B Wholesale Catalogue for Vendors –

The admin can create the seller group based on the Attribute set, and Category. 

Here, the admin can enter the group name, select the attribute set, and the category from the list.

Manage Seller Group –

The admin can also manage the seller group by navigating to Marketplace Management> Manage Seller Groups where the admin can view, edit, remove or delete the existing seller group.

Assign Seller Group –

The admin can navigate to Marketplace Management > Manage Seller. Here, the admin can assign the sellers to the seller group.

Here, the admin can select the seller, and assign the selected seller to a seller group.

Manage Seller Product Request –

The admin can approve or reject the seller’s request to assign the admin products to the seller. The admin can navigate to the Marketplace Management> Manage Seller Product Request and select the product and approve or reject it accordingly.

Request for a Product Seller End –

After the successful installation of the module, the seller will not be able to add or list its own products. The seller will be able to sell only admin products.

For this, the seller will need to request the admin to assign the admin products to them.

NOTE:

The seller can only request those products which belong to the default attribute set, category, or as per the respective group assigned to the seller.

The seller can navigate to the All Products and view all the available products for the seller. These available products are based on the attribute sets, category, group assigned to the seller.

Now, the seller can select the product, and click on the action button to request access from the admin.

After the approval of the product, the seller will be able to edit the product price and the quantity of the product.

Customer End –

On the front-end, the seller’s product will be visible only on the seller’s profile page

and the collection page

NOTE: The SKU of the admin’s products will differ from the seller’s product SKU.
