Reemedy is an online B2B marketplace for medical devices and supplies. They primarily serve the professional healthcare providers such as GP clinics, nursing homes, aesthetic clinics, private healthcare institutions as well as the hospital.
On Reemedy B2B marketplace, all the products are sold by verified vendors. The medical equipment and supplies are guaranteed original and registered under the Medical Device Authority.
Reemedy is a tech-driven B2B eCommerce marketplace for medical supplies that enables easy purchasing of medical consumables, devices, and equipment on a single platform.
By aggregating supply and demand, they drive the whole supply chain forward by focusing on pricing transparency and customer service.
Reemedy is using CS-Cart e-commerce platform which offers multiple options to manage an online shopping site. CS-Cart also offers Multi-Vendor software that allows you to create an online marketplace having independent vendors who can sell their products through a single storefront.
Ian Bong, (owner of Reemedy company) is using CS-Cart’s default marketplace software, but he needed some complex customization work on it. For that, he contacts Webkul for requirements and got the website build under a short span of time.

Reemedy is a startup B2B procurement platform for the medical & healthcare industry in Malaysia. We help connect buyers and sellers on a single platform.
I am the founder and CEO. My inspiration came from noticing the lack of integration and convenience in the healthcare supply chain in this region.
The hardest challenge is actually talking to the customers to find out the problem that exists in the market and creating the solution to that problem.
One must really learn to understand the value proposition the business brings to the table, especially if one is in the B2B industry.
I realized eCommerce is growing rapidly in the B2C segment but almost none exist for health-care providers.
We utilize a mix of offline and online methods to reach our target audience.
Currently, we are a team of 3 with a couple of affiliate promoters.
Webkul understood the business requirements and were able to create a solution to my problem within a specified budget and time-frame. They are highly professional and can produce the results that I wanted.
